For decades as it stands, there has been a growing presence of those biologically human who see themselves, in a spiritual or psychological sense, as "Other". Since the early-to-mid 1990s, out of elven online communities, these people have referred to themselves as Otherkind. In the modern day, most people who would fall under this term consider themselves Otherkin and/or Therianthrope. With such an arguably convoluted definition as it stands today, there are plenty misconception about modern-day otherkin, and with this website, hopefully many of those misinformed questions will be answered
This website was created entirely by one person, I personally identify as a Red Fox (vulpes vulpes) therian, and this website is a standalone effort as a quick hub for basic information on 'kin communities. This website is not a substitution for personal research, as the Otherkin community is far too vast to fit in a single webpage. I am not receiving monetary gain from this website. Feel free to use this as a resource in any way, shape, or form. This website is public domain and its information can be used for anything.
